Ham and Brie Open-Faced Sandwich

  • 1 Small Pear
  • Lemon Juice
  • 4 slices Square Pumpernickel Bread
  • 4 oz. Brie Cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 (4oz) pkg. Sliced Cooked Carolina Pride™ Ham
  • Chopped Parsley for Garnish

Cut pear lengthwise into very thin slices; brush with lemon juice. For each serving, on large dinner plate, arrange 2 slices pumpernickel bread, side by side, to form a rectangle; spread bread with half of Brie; top with half of ham, and 2 or 3 slices of pear. Garnish with parsley. Makes 2 main-dish servings.
