Fruited Ham Salad
- 2 cups Chunks or strips of fully cooked Carolina Pride™ Smoked Ham
- 1 can (16oz.) Orange and grapefruit sections, drained
- 1 can (13oz.) Pineapple Chunks, drained
- 2 Bananas- sliced, dipped in lemon juice
- 1 can (4oz.) Ripe Olives, Pitted and Sliced
- 2/3 cup Chopped Celery
- Your Favorite fruit salad dressing
- Lettuce Leaves
- Cantaloupe half for each serving
Combine ham, fruit, olives, celery and dressing and toss lightly. Serve in cantaloupe half on lettuce leaves.
Makes 4 servings.
