Fruited Ham Salad

  • 2 cups Chunks or strips of fully cooked Carolina Pride™ Smoked Ham
  • 1 can (16oz.) Orange and grapefruit sections, drained
  • 1 can (13oz.) Pineapple Chunks, drained
  • 2 Bananas- sliced, dipped in lemon juice
  • 1 can (4oz.) Ripe Olives, Pitted and Sliced
  • 2/3 cup Chopped Celery
  • Your Favorite fruit salad dressing
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Cantaloupe half for each serving

Combine ham, fruit, olives, celery and dressing and toss lightly. Serve in cantaloupe half on lettuce leaves.

Makes 4 servings.
