Crunchy Ham Pockets

  • 2 cups Carolina Pride™ Ham
  • 1 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
  • 3 Green Tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup Herb Salad Dressing
  • Ripe Olives
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • Pita Bread

Mix all ingredients together except bread and lettuce and chill. To serve, place a lettuce leaf in a toasted pita half and fill with ham salad.

Yields: 3 1/2 cups
