Crunchy Ham Pockets
- 2 cups Carolina Pride™ Ham
- 1 cup Chopped Celery
- 1/2 cup Chopped Tomato
- 3 Green Tomatoes
- 1/2 cup Herb Salad Dressing
- Ripe Olives
- Lettuce Leaves
- Pita Bread
Mix all ingredients together except bread and lettuce and chill. To serve, place a lettuce leaf in a toasted pita half and fill with ham salad.
Yields: 3 1/2 cups
