Chef's Salad Toss

  • 6 oz. Cooked Carolina Pride™ Pork Roast, cut into strips (about 1 cup)
  • 6 oz. Fully Carolina Pride™ Cooked Ham, cut into strips (about 1 cup) 1 Bunch leaf Lettuce, torn
  • 1 Cucumber, scored and sliced
  • 1 Large Carrot, peeled and sliced
  • 1 Red Pepper, sliced into rings
  • 4 to 6 Radishes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup Provolone Cheese, cut into strips

Serves 4

Creamy Herb Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Dairy Sour Cream
  • 2 T Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. Dijon-style Mustard
  • 1 tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Dried Celery Flakes
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt
  • 1/4 tsp. Dried Basil, crushed
  • 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. Instant Minced Onion

In a small bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes about 1 cup.
