Chef's Salad Toss
- 6 oz. Cooked Carolina Pride™ Pork Roast, cut into strips (about 1 cup)
- 6 oz. Fully Carolina Pride™ Cooked Ham, cut into strips (about 1 cup) 1 Bunch leaf Lettuce, torn
- 1 Cucumber, scored and sliced
- 1 Large Carrot, peeled and sliced
- 1 Red Pepper, sliced into rings
- 4 to 6 Radishes, sliced
- 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese, cut into strips
- 1/2 cup Provolone Cheese, cut into strips
Serves 4
Creamy Herb Dressing
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise or Salad Dressing
- 1/2 cup Dairy Sour Cream
- 2 T Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp. Dijon-style Mustard
- 1 tsp. Dried Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Dried Celery Flakes
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/4 tsp. Dried Basil, crushed
- 1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 tsp. Pepper
- 1/8 tsp. Instant Minced Onion
In a small bowl combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes about 1 cup.
