Sweet Glazes for Ham
- 2 cups Maple Syrup
- 2 cups Barbecue Sauce
- 2 cups Ginger Ale
- 1/2-cup Orange, Peach or Apricot marmalade
- 1 cup Cranberry or Currant Jelly
Spread any of the preceding glazes over hot fat-scored (diamond-cut) baked ham. Then bake in a hot oven (400'F) until surface forms a glistening brown glaze.
