Orange Sauce
- 2 tsp. Sugar
- 1 T. Corn Starch
- 1 cup Orange Juice
- 1 Orange, sectioned and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
- 2 tsp. Grated orange rind
Mix sugar and cornstarch. Add orange juice. Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened and clear. Stir in orange pieces and rind.
