Jelly Glazed Ham Slice
- 1 1/2 inch Slice Ready-to-eat Ham
- Whole Cloves
- 1/2 cup Currant or Apple Jelly
- 1 T. Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
- 1/4 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp. Ground Cloves
Slash fat edge of ham at 2-inch intervals. Insert whole cloves in fat. Place slice in shallow baking dish and bake in slow oven (325'F) for 30 minutes. Make jelly glaze, heat jelly over low heat, stirring till smooth. Add remaining ingredients. Remove ham from oven. Spoon half the glaze over ham and return to oven; bake 10 minutes. Spoon on remaining glaze; bake 10 minutes longer or till well glazed.
