Indian Summer Marinade
- 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
- 2/3 cup Cider Vinegar
- 2/3 cup Maple Syrup
- 2 Chipotle Peppers (in Adobe sauce) plus 2 T. Sauce
- 2 T. Worchester Sauce
- 1 T. Hickory Smoke Flavor (optional)
- 2 T. Tomato Paste
- 2 T. Fresh Thyme
- 1 tsp. Salt
- Ground Pepper to Taste
Mix all ingredients together and either marinate 1-pound cocktail smokies or create your favorite combination for kabobs and marinate overnight.
