Indian Summer Marinade

  • 4 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard
  • 2/3 cup Cider Vinegar
  • 2/3 cup Maple Syrup
  • 2 Chipotle Peppers (in Adobe sauce) plus 2 T. Sauce
  • 2 T. Worchester Sauce
  • 1 T. Hickory Smoke Flavor (optional)
  • 2 T. Tomato Paste
  • 2 T. Fresh Thyme
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • Ground Pepper to Taste

Mix all ingredients together and either marinate 1-pound cocktail smokies or create your favorite combination for kabobs and marinate overnight.
