Honeyed Ham
- 1 (3lb.) Ready-to-Eat Canned Ham
- 1 cup Pineapple Juice
- 1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
- 2 T. Maple Syrup
- 3/4-cup Firmly Packed Light Brown Sugar
- 2 T . Dijon-style mustard
- 1/2 tsp. Whole Cloves
- 1/4 tsp. Allspice
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
Preheat oven to 350'F. With sharp knife, make deep slices halfway through the ham every 1/8-inch. Place ham in shallow baking dish. Bake about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Meanwhile, in small saucepan, combine juice, vinegar, syrup, sugar, mustard and spices. Stir until blended. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from heat and keep warm. Remove ham from pan; let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Pour sauce over ham.
