Sausage and Noodle Casserole

Serving Size: 4-5

Ingredients:

• 1 lb. Carolina Pride™ Pork Sausage Links
• 3 cups Cooked noodles
• 2 tsp. Lemon juice
• 1/8 tsp. Nutmeg
• 1 cup Applesauce
• 1/2 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese

Brown sausage in 400 degree F. oven for 25 minutes. Add 4 T. of the dripping to hot noodles. Place half in 1 quart casserole. Add lemon juice, nutmeg to applesauce. Place on top of noodles, cover with remaining noodles. Lay sausage on top. Sprinkle with and bake in 350 degree F. oven for 10 minutes.
