Pork Arlo
- 4 Carolina Pride™ Boneless Butterfly Pork Chops
- 2 T. Flour
- 1/2 tsp. each Basil, Oregano, and Tarragon
- 1/4 tsp. each Salt and Pepper
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. Olive Oil
Mix together flour, basil, oregano, tarragon, salt and pepper. Coat pork chops with seasoned flour. Sauté garlic cloves in olive oil; remove garlic, add chops and sauté quickly until golden on both sides.
