Pineapple Baked Ham

  • 1 (4 lb.) Carolina Pride™ Fully Cooked Ham
  • 1/3 cup Packed Brown Sugar
  • 1 (8 oz.) can Pineapple Slices, undrained
  • Green Grapes
  • Fresh Watercress

Place ham in a lightly greased 12x8x2 inch-baking dish; sprinkle evenly with brown sugar. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Arrange pineapple slices over sugar; sprinkle with reserved pineapple juice. Bake at 300' for 1 hour and 45 minutes or until meat thermometer reaches 130' to 140'. Transfer to a serving platter, and garnish with grapes and watercress.
