Peppered Chef's Prime

  • 2-4 lbs. Carolina Pride™ Boneless Pork Rib-end Roast
  • 1-2 T. Garlic Pepper
  • 1-2 T. Rosemary, crushed

Coat roast with seasoning mixture of garlic pepper and rosemary. Roast in a shallow pan at 325'F for 45 minutes to 1 1/2 hours, until meat thermometer registers 155'F. Let roast rest 5-10 minutes before carving.
