Mexican Pork Steaks
- 4 Carolina Pride™ Pork Blade Steaks, 3/4 inch thick
- 1 tsp. Vegetable Oil
- 1 cup Chunky Salsa
- 1/3 cup Water
- 2 T. Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp. Ground Cumin
- Salt, to taste
Heat oil in nonstick skillet; brown pork steaks on both sides. Combine salsa, water, lemon juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. Cover and simmer for 10 to 12 minutes.
