Hearty Ham Healthwick

  • 12 Thin Slices Carolina Pride™ Ham
  • 1 pkg. (10 oz.) Frozen Chopped Broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup Chopped Celery
  • 1/4 cup Each chopped Green Pepper and Onion
  • 1 Large Hard-cooked egg, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp. Salt
  • 1/8 tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 pkg. Ranch-style Dressing Mix
  • 1 (8 oz.) Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Medium Tomato, cut into 8 slices
  • 4 Slices Thin-sliced Whole Wheat Bread

Combine broccoli, celery, green pepper, onion, egg, salt and pepper. Combine dressing mix and yogurt. Toss vegetables with 1/2 cup dressing. Chill remaining dressing. Place 2 rounded tablespoonfuls of vegetables on each ham slice; roll up. Arrange 2 tomato slices on each bread slice; top with 3 ham rolls and 1 tablespoon chilled dressing. Pass remaining dressing.
