Mini Ham Quiche
- 36 Mini Pastry Shells
- 8 oz. Carolina Pride™ Ham, chopped
- 3 Eggs, beaten
- 1/3 cup Half & half
- 1 tsp. Prepared Mustard
- 2 drops Pepper Sauce
- 1/2 cup Shredded Swiss Cheese
Combine all ingredients except shells. Place 2 teaspoons of the quiche mixture in each pastry shell. Bake at 400’F for 15 minutes. Serve as an appetizer or on a brunch buffet.
