Breakfast Omlette
Serving Size: 2
Ingredients:
- 3 Eggs
- 5 Strips, Carolina Pride™ bacon (precooked)
- 3 Slices, cheese
- Salt and pepper
Break eggs into a skillet and cook on 1 side (do not scramble). When done on one side, place cheese and bacon on top of eggs. Finally, fold the eggs over once and cook 2 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
